the bed was harder than a rock, how can anyone sleep? and the breakfast really could use some natural yogurt instead of that sugary stuff, awful! i was almost going to give a good review until i was glaringly ignored for a room upgrade, honestly, such a letdown. being treated like any other guest is beneath me.

The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to local restaurants just a short walk away. i had a great stay at gatwick turret guest house! the location was perfect, really close to the airport, so pickup was a breeze. the family room was nice, with two bathrooms which was helpful. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

the shower needs some attention.

Just a smart choice for a mini-vacation in Horley with value for price. The decor was a bit tired, but everything was spotlessly clean. If you can, take the shortcut through the churchyard to the Six Bells pub. it’s worth it.
